Interruption of communication services due to the temporary planned power failure |
(March 17, 2011) |

With respect to our business situation after the current earthquake, our firm itself stays intact at this point as
mentioned previously. However, we assume that communication services such as telephone, facsimile and email etc.
will be interrupted during certain hours, if the planned power failure is implemented in our district. This planned power
failure is reported to be temporarily implemented by district rotation in connection with the current earthquake.

It seems difficult to inform you of specific time schedule of this interruption in advance, as there is a possibility that
the district and time schedule of the planned power failure will be finalized at short notice. We are very sorry to trouble
you, but please understand that interruption of communication services will be possible without our advance notice.
Additionally, it would be highly appreciated that you would contact us again after certain hours, if communication services
are interrupted.

We apologize for your inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your close cooperation.
